  • Steaks - 1 per package
  • Tenderloins, Eye of Round Steaks, Shanks, Osso Buco - 2 per package
  • Ribs - 1 slab per package
  • Ground, patties, liver, oxtail, cubed steak, beef stew, kabobs, stir fry, - approximate 1 pound packages
