  • Eye of Round Steaks and Osso Buco - 2 per package
  • Shanks - 1 per package
  • Ribs - 1 slab per package
  • Ground, patties, liver, oxtail, cubed steak, beef stew, kabobs, stir fry - approximate 1 pound packages
